Celebrate the new year with a culinary journey to Brazil in this fun, hands-on, and interactive class!
The Portuguese word “churrasco” means “barbecue” in English and refers to a specific method of Brazilian grilling in which beef and other meats are barbecued on a long skewer and served by cutting off individual slices.
Brazilian steakhouses use this technique to cook and serve a variety of different meats. In this class, we will explore the methods used by Brazilian Chefs that will enable you to create your very own churrasco at home! Our Chef will walk you through marinades, spices, grilling, roasting, and serving a variety of meats and freshly prepared South American inspired side dishes!
Our Chef will also demonstrate how to prepare a fresh and fruity sangria for all to enjoy! Best of all you will get to enjoy what is prepared in class! Every guest will enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne! Price is for two adults.
