First and foremost I strive to offer custom designed handmade cutlery at a fraction of the the cost of most other makers. I try to perfect each and every knife to a high standard of quality. I put my heart and soul into each knife made and if it's not top notch quality in the end it doesn't get sold. I make all knives myself in house, I do not use any manufactured blanks or any foreign materials. These knives are 100% USA made with USA made materials. All my knives are heat treated in house between 56-58 RC and tested for endurance. My knives are made to be used. I use all carbon steels, no stainless, with the exception of the kitchen sets and those are German Stainless. With that being said these knives will require some maintenance. If using on meats or vegetables, you will want to wash / dry and oil down with vegetable oil. If not using on food you can keep them wiped down with any sort of lubricate / gun oil. Do not store for long periods of time in leather sheath without maintenance.
