Chef Monette Serrano graduated from the Walter's State Community College REI Maples Institute for Culinary Arts in 2009. Following graduation Monette served as the Dietary Director/Head Chef at Regency Retirement Village. After her time there, she helped design and open the Bistro at Paris Apartment Bistro & Boutique in Knoxville, TN where she also served as the Head Chef. Monette left her position there to pursue self employment as a personal chef and caterer.
