The menu at Cru was designed to showcase the Chefs’ extensive culinary repertoire by uniquely offering the menu in smaller plates- allowing the guest to taste, explore and share the many flavors and textures inspired by their wide-ranging experience. Cru’s gracious, knowledgeable staff is also available to guide the guest with wine and menu suggestions intended to enhance the overall culinary experience. When developing the space for Cru, the designers were careful to apply a blend of contemporary modish style while keeping the overall feel of the space relaxed and inviting. The restaurant features two full bars complete with wine preservation units which maintain the over 70 wines offered by the glass. Cru’s far-reaching global wine program was developed with every wine consumer in mind- from the casual explorer to the seasoned aficionado- the staff at Cru are committed to finding the right wines for every palate. Cru is open Late Night weekends and Sunday Brunch, in addition to Lunch and Dinner daily. Cru is also host to wine tastings, educational evens and live entertainment.
