Café Stella, in Ghent, is now open. Our focus will be to bring you the freshest possible coffee brew. We will do this by in-house roasting in ridiculously small batches. This brings out every rich layer of indigenous flavor. We will concentrate on quality, authenticity and personal service. We believe once you taste Café Stella's coffee, you will love and appreciate the quality and depth of flavor that small-batch roasting produces. Cafe Stella will honor the work of our farming partners by transforming their extraordinary beans into marvelous coffees. Freshly baked goods and pastries will be made on site daily to accompany the superior coffee. Our interior is a mixture of vintage and modern-both relaxing and dynamic. Cafe Stella even includes a retail section dedicated to a unique selection of coffee, vintage treasures, home furnishings, and coffee accessories. Our packaging for our whole bean coffee is designed so one can recycle and reuse. Once you taste our coffee, we hope you will call this "your place."
