Rockwood Parks and Recreation Facilities Rockwood "Brillo Miller” Sports Complex 700 S. Chamberlain Ave. 865-245-8682 The complex has five lighted and well-maintained softball & baseball fields. The city recently invested in a lighted soccer field, complete with a newly constructed concession stand and restrooms. The field is utilized by the high school boys and girls soccer teams. New playground equipment was recently installed and is located near a pavilion area, ideal for picnics or parties.
