Knoxville Leadership Foundation was founded in 1994 upon the belief that our city has the resources necessary to meet the needs of our communities and the people in them. As a faith-based, entrepreneurial nonprofit, KLF connects human and financial resources to address evolving unmet needs. KLF leads through collaboration, capacity-building and the creation of programs that currently focus on four strategic areas: *mentoring youth and families *empowering the unemployed *strengthening other nonprofit organizations *improving housing conditions for low-income individuals and families. Our work is accomplished by: *Connecting those in need with the resources they need to thrive. *Promoting collaboration among groups to yield the greatest results. *Creating programs where needs are not being met. *Assisting groups in building capacity to increase their ability to serve. KLF strives to bring healthy and holistic change to the greater Knoxville area.
