Hi, I'm Mark, proprietor and craftsman at 3 Bar E Saddlery. I am a one man, small shop nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. I started in the leather craft business a few years ago and I constantly strive to learn more about my trade to enable me to give you some of the best leather products in the world. I have gravitated to the traditional British style of leather crafting because the style is so beautiful and durable. The style dates back hundreds of years. The British style of belt making produces some of the most luxurious belts in the world. In my shop, I use only traditional, antique leather making tools, some dating back to the 1850's. I use only the best leather tanned at one of the oldest tanneries in America, Wickett and Craig. The traditional British belt making techniques I use is coupled with the best hand sewing linen thread in the world, Lin Cable.
