Celebrating the Spirit of Christmas Every Day of the Year!® Santa is at the store Thursday through Monday, 10:30 am to 5:30 pm... We are open every day of the year but Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and for inventory. Santa Claus is here 5 days a week in season, to greet guests and pose for photographs. We host special activities throughout the year, such as a visit from the Easter Bunny in March or April and from Uncle Sam in July. We also host many artists for exclusive product signings, especially in the fall. We welcome bus tours, and encourage you to preregister at the {Visit Us} tab on our home page to receive special incentives for tour groups of 20 or more. Christmas Place owns and operates The Inn at Christmas Place, our Christmas-themed hotel, located just across the parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The hotel's guest rooms and public areas are decorated for Christmas year round, and we are conveniently located near area attractions such as Dollywood, Splash Country, Titanic, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, shopping, and all the family-fun attractions you are looking for!
