Description

Rice making, fish preparation, and presentation are steeped in Japanese tradition. However, Nama creations are a fusion with American tastes. This is not sushi for sushi's sake. Alongside traditional sashimi, sauces, tempura and local vegetables are introduced into many of the specialty rolls. Nama offers something—many somethings, in fact—for the traditional, American-ized, vegetarian and novice sushi eaters.
