Do you struggle to fit it all in? Want to get a good work out in while sticking to the foundations and fundamentals of yoga? Do you struggle making the time or finding the motivation to stretch after a workout?

Event Details

This is the perfect class for you! Start off with breathwork, intention setting, gentle movement, sun salutes and the foundations. From here we will move through around 30 minutes a strength workout hitting the total body as well as some high intensity interval training. Settling in, the practice finishes with 45 minute of deep stretching and yummy yin style poses. We will “get out mind right” with a closing meditation and relax in savasana. What more could you want with your day? Give back to yourself, you’ll be glad you did!
